All of our ensembles are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We also do not offer alterations for the ensembles you order, as you are providing your measurements to us via video call rather than Shenena taking the measurements herself in person. If there are any alterations that are required, they are your responsibility and chargeable to you.
