What is the lead time for delivery for party wear?

What is the lead time for delivery for Bridal outfits?

Typically lead time for delivery is up 6 months if you would like a completely bespoke outfit. If you would like to order one of Shenena's designs from her collection then lead time for delivery is up to 4 months. Please see our Brides and Grooms page for full details on working with us to create your wedding day ensemble for you.

What is the lead time for delivery for Groom outfits?

Typically lead time for delivery on grooms outfits is 3-4 months, but this depends on the design and how much hand embroidery is required. It can take less time also. Please call us to discuss your requirements for us to be able to provide you with a more accurate lead time for delivery. 

What colour options are available for my ensemble?

When ordering online, you are able to choose from our bespoke colour chart shown at the bottom of our Made to Measure/Bespoke page. 

If you purchase by choosing the 'visit store' option on the drop down menu on the product page, you are then able to choose any colour from the Neelam chart which provides more colour options. You are only able to do this in store. 

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery costs vary. We dispatch 2nd class recorded and this is typically between £8-£12 per ensemble in the UK and 1,000 r/s - 1,500 in India. the exact price of delivery will be stated at the checkout for you to review, before making payment. 

I have bought a bridal outfit from elsewhere, but want an outfit made for my fiancé. It is possible to have it made from you?

We are more than happy to provide this service. 

How long is a consultation?

They will take approximately 30-45 minutes per person for party wear and 1-1.5 hours for Brides and Grooms.
