How do I arrange a video call so I can provide my measurements?

Once you have placed your order, we will email or call you within 48 hours to arrange for a video consultation. This can be arranged at a time convenient for you and will need to be competed within 30 days from the date you place your order (unless stated on the offer provided). A video call only takes up to 30 minutes.

Once your ensemble is made, we will post it to you, to the address provided, by you, at checkout.

Please note:

When ordering your ensemble from outside the UK or India, the courier company may charge you shipping, duty and import taxes. We would advise that you contact us to confirm these charges before placing your order, as it is your responsibility to pay these charges. Contact us us on +44 7944 880 114.

  - Lead time for delivery on ensembles are stated on the product pages under the 'delivery' tab under the description.

- We do not cover the cost of alterations with both the standard sizes and the made to measure option of you providing your own measurements to us via video call.
