Standard size ensembles (without 'Bespoke Colour' option)
Change of mind
All standard size ensembles (excluding ensembles made in a bespoke colour) can be returned (in the same condition sent to you), for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs) or online store credit (excluding shipping costs). If you place an order online and have a change of mind before either your colour is confirmed on order or before doing measurements, then we can provide a refund minus the online transaction and refund cost incurred by Shopify.
Faulty product
All of our ensemble(s) are quality checked before being dispatched to you, but if you receive the ensemble(s) faulty and you wish to return the ensemble(s) to us on this basis, we will then only repair or replace your ensemble(s) for you, with us re-imbursing you with the shipping cost (with only our choice of shipping company). If we replace your item, please note that we can only replace it for the same product in the same colour and same size.
If we are repairing the ensemble(s) for you, lead time will be approximately 3-4 weeks for you to receive the repaired ensemble(s). If we are replacing your ensemble(s) for you, it could take up to 6 weeks for you to receive the replacement.
Ensemble(s) are classified as faulty if they are received damaged (and rips or damage of embroidery), or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and therefore cannot be returned.
'Made to Measure / Bespoke' and 'Bespoke Colour' option
All ensembles purchased based on a 'Made to Measure / Bespoke' and 'Bespoke Colour' basis can only be returned if the ensemble(s) is considered as faulty.

Steps to return
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must inform us (by sending us a returns email) within 7 days of receiving your ensemble(s) and must be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at return@shenenasethi.com stating your order number, full name, telephone number and reason for return from the email address that is registered on our online store www.shenenasethi.com
We will then email you a return form, which you will need to fill, print and include in your parcel when returning your ensemble(s) to allow easy identification and prompt processing. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Where you are eligible for a refund, we will issue you a refund within 30 days of us receiving your returns notice via email.
Where you are eligible for an exchange/replacement or we are repairing your ensemble for you, we will inform you of the details and time frames on email.
Made To Measure/Custom/Bespoke/Sale items, do not qualify for a refund, store credit or an exchange.
Ensemble(s) should be returned unused and with all Shenena Sethi, designer garment tags and saches still attached to the ensemble(s), in tact. We will not accept returns if any of the saches are broken. You will not receive a refund or exchange if any of the saches are broken. If you send the ensemble(s) back to us with a return request, we will send the ensemble(s) back to you if the sashes are broken.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive your return. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on www.shenenasethi.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
When ordering a 'Made to Measure / Bespoke' ensemble(s) and 'Bespoke Colour' ensemble(s), please note that all of our outfits are hand dyed and will be made as close as possible to the colour you have chosen, however colour can vary up to 20% from what is shown on our product pages and SS Bespoke Colour Chart. When ordering with us, you are ordering on the basis of accepting this.
Ensembles ordered in a colour of your choice and/or your measurements are not returnable, refundable, exchangeable or eligible for online store credit. Please choose your colour carefully before making payment as changes to the colour cannot be made once payment is confirmed and please provide accurate measurements when submitting the details to us, as we will not be able to amend the measurements thereafter.
